This policy explains what Pod and Pride collects through podandpride.com and how it is used.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send through our forms: your name, email address and, if you add them, your phone number, institution, and message. The waitlist also asks which kind of family you are part of and whether you're open to a short conversation.

How we use it

• To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about.
• To let waitlist members know when the Pod and Pride app opens and when trips are planned, and to invite those who opted in to a conversation.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Services we use

• Netlify hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security.
• Formspree receives form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces.
• SweatPals handles Movement Club sign-ups on its own site, under its own privacy policy.

This site takes no payments and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information you've sent, or to remove you from the waitlist, at any time.

Children

Pod and Pride is for families, but our forms are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
